Subscription
Vicinara is offered as a monthly subscription that includes platform access and 50 Neighborhood Mail Credits per billing month. Included credits reset each billing month and do not roll over.
Mail credits
One Neighborhood Mail Credit equals one personalized 6×9 First-Class postcard, including printing and postage. Additional credits may be purchased in packs.
Customer content
You are responsible for the project photos, business details and claims you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use them in campaign materials.
Acceptable use
Campaigns must comply with applicable advertising, mail and privacy laws. Vicinara may decline to produce materials that violate these requirements.
No guaranteed results
